1: Snagging Grinder
Ganesh snagging grinder is designed rigidly and precisely.  Main shaft is rotated in double row ball bearings. The shaft can take both heavy radial and axial loads. The motor is mounted at bottom. Rigid guards are provided on two sides of wheels. Bearings on main shaft are made dust proof with seals.

2: Swing Frame Grinder

Ganesh swing frame grinder is designed to withstand heavy loads. The bearing housing is clamped to the heavy tube and guard. The main body is constructed from heavy seamless tube. The spindle is dynamically balanced. The design is precisely made to make the machine vibration free. Belt tensioning is provided.

3: Tumbling Barrel:
Ganesh tumbling barrel is proven design. This machine is fabricated with thick plates, flats and channels. The
v –belt pulley is provided on one side of barrels. The main shaft is rotated in oil lubricated bush bearing. The barrel is driven through v-belts so jerks are avoided, the barrel can be provided with dust extracting system. The different sizes of tumbling barrels will be supplied as per customer requirement
 

4: Sand Blasting Machine:

Ganesh sand blast is much more useful to clean casting surface. The valve is connected to compressor air. When air flows through valve it draws fine sand from tank and shoot the casting surface. The inner part of valves and nozzles are hardened to increase life. This is the best design to clean the casting surface.To follow the environmental norms we manufacture special cabinet type sand blasting machine.

• Ganesh shot blasting machine is a robust machine suitable for surface treatment.
• It is helpful for those work pieces which are not suitable for tumbling type because of their shape and sizes.

5:  Vibrating Knockout:

Ganesh vibrating knockout machine is rigid in construction to sustain and to transmit the vibration to the moulding box. Vibration is by electric motor through belt drive OR BY VIBROMETER. Vibration is controlled by unbalanced weights provided on each side of spindle. The separated sand from the moulding box effectively, falls on the grid and flows to the bottom conveyor of sand plant. It stops the breakage of mould box and increases life.
 
• Rigid Construction to Sustain & Transmit the vibration   to moulding box.
• Vibrators are controlled by Rotary eccentric weights    provided on both side of spindle
• Stops the breakage of mould box & increase life.
• Capacity - 500 kg. to 5000 kg.
